C.W. Ministries Account Deletion

Effective date: July 17, 2026

You can delete your C.W. Ministries app account from inside the mobile app when you are signed in with a full member account.

Delete From The App

Open the app, go to Profile, and select Delete account. The app confirms the request before removing the account and its associated C.W. Ministries data.

What Is Deleted

Account deletion removes the Firebase Authentication sign-in, account metadata, submitted prayer requests, prayer-wall reports, bug reports, associated bug-report screenshots, and personal app data stored on the device. It does not remove content submitted by another person.

C.W. Ministries may retain only the minimum information required for a legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security obligation, and only for as long as that obligation requires. This can include a legally required financial transaction record if you made a donation outside the app.

Request Help

If you cannot access the app, contact C.W. Ministries at prayer@cwministries.org. Include the email address used for your app account and write "Account deletion request" in the subject line. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing a web request.
